Who is responsible for your data
Caviar Art Advisors is the trading name of Samuel Palanca, Valencia, Spain. For anything about your data, write to info@caviarartadvisors.com.
What we collect
- When you write to us: your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us or send us, such as photos of a work.
- When you register as an artist, a collector, a gallery or an institution: your name, your email address and the information you choose to add to your profile.
- When you visit the website: technical data such as your IP address and browser, kept by our hosting provider for security, and visit statistics through Google Analytics (Google Site Kit).
Why we use it
To answer you, to prepare and follow up proposals, to manage our work together, and to keep the website secure. We use it because you gave it to us for that purpose, because it is needed for an agreement between us, or, for security, because of our legitimate interest.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside Caviar, except the providers we need to run the website and our work: our hosting provider (Hostinger), Google for visit statistics, and, when a specific operation requires it, the transport, insurance or installation companies involved, with only what they need. We never sell your data, and we do not send your name or contact details to artificial intelligence services.
How long we keep it
While we are in touch, and afterwards only for as long as tax and commercial law require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to info@caviarartadvisors.com. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
