Studio
We look at how an organisation actually works, and build the system that makes it lighter.
Twenty-six years doing this for others — brand, communication, design management and systems, for our own studio in Valencia and inside multinationals in the United Kingdom, Brussels and the United States. The Spine, the system a gallery can run its business on, is built in-house on that experience.

Sometimes the problem is one of position, and it is solved by writing. Sometimes it is structural, and then a system is needed. We do both, and we know the difference.
- Brand and digital auditHow the house is seen today, and what to keep, fix and do first.
- Identity, website and editorialA name, a look and a voice that hold together.
- Technical and operational consultancyHow works, papers and people move, and where the time goes.
- Information architectureRecords anyone can find, and nothing lost when someone leaves.
- The Spine implementationInstalled, filled with your data, adapted to you, looked after.
- This is where a gallery stops buying loose hours and starts building something that stays.

The Spine
The system a gallery can run its business on: artworks, artists, proposals, operations and the papers of every trip, in one place — with Conscience, an assistant that reads the house and says what needs attention today.
Built at Caviar and used here every day. We install it, adapt it to each house and stay with it.
