Co-founder · selection, direction and structure
I grew up inside art: my grandfather painted, my mother designed clothes. I was drawing at four, painting murals at fifteen, and at nineteen I entered Fine Arts in Valencia, where I took the highest distinction in drawing.
Art has stayed the constant search underneath: more than a hundred galleries across twenty-one countries, from the Tate to the Vancouver Art Gallery. I trained in the contemporary art market at Burgos, and as curator of El cielo en la tierra I set Valencian artists in dialogue with the wines of their own land.
At Caviar I choose the artists, direct how their work is shown, and build the systems that let a small house keep serious promises.

Co-founder · people, logistics and care
This project was born out of love — for art and for people. My work focuses on relationships, and on everything that turns an idea into a well-executed reality.
International freight is my profession: transport, customs, insurance and documentation are the world I work in every day, not services we subcontract. When an artwork travels with Caviar, someone who moves goods across borders for a living is watching over it.
For me, art is also care: attention to detail, empathy and precision, so that each work arrives where it belongs.
